    • Have a problem that you don’t think can be solved? We got you.
  • “Safety, Quality, and then Schedule”
    • Safety, Quality, and then Schedule: It’s our motto, our trio, of the three most important things in our business.
    • Safety. Our employees are our foundation and the reason we will continue to drive extraordinary solutions. Keeping them safe while at work is a non negotiable.
    • Quality. All of our values are interconnected, Quality of work is crucial to a “Customer First” mentality. Working with AMEP is a guarantee of quality.
    • Schedule. Another crucial pillar to supporting a “Customer First” mentality. When we commit to a deadline, we mean it. We will work around the clock to support our commitments.
    • It’s important to note that while these are pillars to success, we rank them from left to right. Ie. Schedule never overtakes Quality or Safety.

    • Transformation, Accountability, and Collaboration defines our culture. It’s who we are, It’s why we were started, it’s why we exist.
    • Transformation. Our team believes in pushing boundaries and making the impossible, possible. We look at everything in our business and evaluate how it can be better.
    • Accountability. We trust and believe in each of our team members to hold themselves and each other accountable. If mistakes are made, we own up to them.
    • Collaboration. “Not my job/problem” doesn’t exist here at AMEP. We believe in working together and with our customers to ensure we all meet our expectations. We love to work together to solve any problem.
